Terms of use

These terms apply to fairsqft.com, a product of Clickwise operated by SOFT DEV FZ LLC, Fujairah – Twin Towers, P.O. Box 4422, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates ("FairSqft", "we"). By using the site you accept them.

1. Information, not advice

Price ranges, forecasts, guides and case studies are general information. They are not a formal valuation (which in Dubai must be carried out by a RERA-certified valuer), nor financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Forecasts are uncertain by nature, and we show intervals and track records so you can judge how much to rely on them. Check anything important independently before you act on it.

2. We are not a brokerage

FairSqft does not broker, advertise or sell property, does not hold client money and does not take commissions or referral fees. If you choose to be put in touch with a broker, any relationship that follows is between you and that broker.

3. Data and sources

We build figures from official open data and from contributions by registered brokers, and we show sources and dates. Data can contain errors or gaps; if you see one, write to hello@fairsqft.com and we will correct it and note the change.

4. Content from brokers

  • Brokers keep ownership of what they contribute and grant FairSqft a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit for clarity (with their approval of the final text) and display it on fairsqft.com while they take part. A broker can ask us to take their content down at any time.
  • Contributions must be accurate to the best of the broker's knowledge, disclose conflicts of interest, and respect the rights of others.
  • We do not publish units for sale or rent unless they show a valid Trakheesi or Madmoun permit, and we may decline or remove any contribution under our editorial & ads policy.

5. Questions you send us

Questions are moderated. We may decline to answer or publish a question. If you allow publication, we publish it without your name or email.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping that degrades it, no attempts to access data that is not public, no submissions that are false, unlawful, defamatory or that contain other people's personal data without their permission.

7. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, analysis and compilations belong to FairSqft or to the brokers who contributed them. You may quote short extracts with a link to the source page.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FairSqft is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the information on this site, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent UAE courts have jurisdiction.
