Moderated buyer questions
Buyers ask questions about your communities. A question comes to you only when the buyer chooses to be put in touch with a broker.

What we ask
- Be accurate, and say when you are not sure. Where brokers disagree, we publish both views.
- Disclose a conflict of interest — for example, if you have a listing in the cluster you are writing about.
- No unit advertising without a valid Trakheesi or Madmoun permit shown with it.
What we never do
- Publish anything in your name before you approve it.
- Sell your details or your leads, or charge commission or referral fees. FairSqft is not a brokerage.
- Let anyone pay to change a price, a forecast or a verdict.
- Cold-call you or add you to a mailing list. We contact you only as you choose below.
